CH.Detailing is headquartered out of the shop in Sun Prairie, WI but is able to serve clientele in the greater Madison, Milwaukee, and Rockford areas through a combination of mobile services and partner-shops in the area. Automotive detailing is the art of creating a refined aesthetic, and it requires copious amounts of time, passion, and determination. Proper detailing and paint correction works

to preserve your automotive investment and can even recondition neglected vehicles to a level that will rival much more costly and invasive restorations. Utilizing only the best products and the safest methods combined with an experienced and knowledgeable detailer will ensure that the work is done right, the first time. A thorough understanding of vehicle surfaces, the issues that affect them, and the appropriate methods to correct each issue is the key to effective detailing with long term results. Simply put, all the services I offer work to maintain a vehicle’s integrity and value, while simultaneously elevating the aesthetics to jaw-dropping levels. What exactly goes into a ceramic coating service? It all starts with a thorough hand wash and detailing, this removes all the loose dirt, dust, and debris before moving on to the decon stage. From here we use chemical treatments and a claybar to remove whats actually bonded to the surface over time, this includes tree sap, asphalt, embedded iron filaments, and hard minerals that aren't removed during the wash process. Once everything is perfectly clean, we can move on to refining the gloss and shine of the paintwork through paint correction. An initial heavy cutting compound is applied by machine to remove the deepest of imperfections, and then a series of refining polishes is used to unlock the most clarity. After thats complete we can apply the ceramic coating, going over each individual panel carefully to ensure an even application and no missed spots. Everything is then baked with infrared curing lamps to ensure the greatest chemical resistance possible. Extreme gloss thats locked in and protected for years to come. After all, a professional service should come with professional results!

This was a fun project for one of our neighbor's, a complete overhaul of his nicely appointed gated R8. Complete interior and exterior detailing, incredibly involved paint correction to work out some very deep paint defects across the entire vehicle, glass polishing, full interior steam cleaning and leather conditioning, then Modesta ceramic coatings applied to the body, wheels, glass, and brake calipers. Ready for another decade of summer cruises and backroad adventures!

The first year of the long wheelbase early Porsche 911, 1969. You wouldn't know it from first glance, but this one is extensively modified with a high compression 2.8L twin plug engine with MFI, Cibie bi-iode headlamps, RS spec seats, overhauled suspension, twin exit exhaust, and a reinforced re-geared transmission with a short shift kit. Its the definition of a wolf in sheep's clothing! It sees plenty of use on some long-haul road rallies out west, and has been perfectly set up for the task. Looking exceptional after a through and through detailing, machine polishing, and high-end Swissvax carnuba wax. The polo red paintwork is practically dripping off the body!

Big Bentley Bentayga Atelier Edition came in for some new vehicle protection. This one received a complete exterior detailing, surface decontamination, multi-step paint correction, and was finished off with premium Modesta ceramic coatings on the paintwork, glass, and wheel faces. The interior was also given a quick refresh and leather conditioning, and the windows were tinted all the way around with 40% Suntek ceramic film for a bit of added privacy with excellent heat and UV rejection. Such an extremely stylish and comfortable luxury SUV, now ready for daily driver duties!

Its been quite a few years since I last got my hands on this 1969 911S, and after plenty of road rallies out west it was in need of a thorough refreshing. This beauty is full of unique details and touches that don't really jump out at you, but a discerning Porsche enthusiast will notice this sleeper hides a hotrod under its iconic profile. It was completely detailed and conditioned inside and out, with a careful machine polishing to rejuvenate the paintwork before being finished off with a premium Swissvax carnuba wax. I'm a big Porsche fan myself, so its always a treat when these early long hood cars come through the workshop!

Another recurring visitor back in for a refresh, and some new tint. This X5 originally came in for quite a bit of PPF and ceramic coatings when new, but was due for a full detailing and coating maintenance. While it was here, we also stripped the dealership-applied tint from the front windows and laid down some darker Suntek ceramic tint to match the rear privacy glass. The final product looks so much better, and left ready to resume daily driver duties.
