While Papa J And Nana J were on vacation in Seattle we rode The Grear Wheel where we noticed that the AC/Heat system is a Coleman Mach. We might have been on vacation but hard to turn the work brain off, lol.

So I often have customers ask me why is shipping so high on a window. So when we got ready to unbox this one I thought I'd take pictures and show you. Sometimes they even come created with wood and that even costs more it all depends on the manufacturer and size of the window. But you see how it is surrounded by foam and this is heavy duty foam that also adds to the weight. We have had to replace a lot of windows this yr. So I wanted to share with you to be careful when you cut grass or opening and shutting them. I've even seen the big back glass windows go for $3000 plus shipping.

We had a busy day touring the behind the sences of our carnival ship and we couldn't have our phones then busy day packing to get ready to come home tomorrow so I haven't had a chance to come on here and say Happy birthday Anthony Jayson Stinnett aka Papa J. We have had a great Alaskan cruise with perfect weather. The crew and locals have all been amazed at what the weather has been like this week, no rain and warm and sunny. We keep reminding everyone that it has been a gift from God for us.

We used to always recommend keeping your gray tank closed until now. Moryde came out with this new product that we got introduced to at the RV parts expo back in Jan. But as you know we don't like to tell you about new products until we have either tried them out ourselves or know others who have. We had a customer that's full time try it out and they love the fact that they can now keep their gray tank open with no smells, sewer flies, and gray tank fill ups. This is only for camping with full hook ups. This is especially great if you have a washer and or dishwasher. We have a few of these in stock so get yours today. Best of all they are easy to install. But as always we would be more than happy to come out and do it for you just please have something else you need us to do to make it worth your service call. Give me a call to get yours 770-827-8450. Also don't forget we are a dealer for unique digest it so pick up your blank tank products from us also.

Not only did this customer leave his awning out during a storm and stated I always do because mine is a manual awning but he also didn't have a surge protector so the lightning took out the converter and melted the fuse panel. Due to the age of the camper the customer settled for us just to replace the fabric and make the best modifications we could to save the arms. If we had included the price of new arms and roller tub the insurance company would have totaled the camper and the customer didn't want that even though we thought it would be the best thing for him due to other things we seen while there. He stated but my grands love to come here and go camping in my back yard and I can't take that away from them. Then we noticed he didn't have a working CO2 detector and I recommend he needed one for them grandbabies. The power panel was so old that the company was no longer in business so we had to replace the whole power distribution center. The customer got lucky as the damage stopped there and didn't get his AC, refrigerator or microwave. Please no matter if your camping at a camp ground or just have it hooked up to your power at home hook up a surge protector and not just any old cheap one that's just monitoring your power but get a good one with a disconnect built inside that will shut off the power if it senses something is wrong.
