From start to finish, this set of double hump Badass Fenders were worn badly, but brought back to life.

Beautiful Tri Coat with beige, maroon, candy apple, then several coats of clear. Hand laid down some sexy custom curves and blended lines.

Absolutely loved the way these turned out for the customer. Much thanks to our vendors as usual for supplying the paint, supplies.

Can't wait to get these on the customers truck and get some pics out.

Mr Vietnamese Jihn with Phillips Express, VERY VERY nice truck sir. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to accomplish your vision with this dime piece.

John had previously taken his 386 Pete to have custom exhaust installed at another unnamed location. Unfortunately, symmetrics were not a concern, nor paid attention to. Additionally, a request was made to check and recalibrate the overhead on his 2WS Caterpillar after the overhead was ran previously, but not seeming in spec via poor performance.

Thus, the truck was brought to AWAG Custom Diesel Services to readjust, fabricate new brackets, and alter the crookedness that existed from the long drop elbows, exhaust frame support brackets, air tanks, and battery boxes.

Both boxes were removed and set differently front to back, with new brackets being made. Air tanks were dismantled and readjusted front to back. Exhaust frame supports were set crooked due to being pushed against the air tanks. Those were corrected and rebushed to give complete frame contact and support.

Overhead was well out of spec. Overhead was previously ran by an unamed Caterpillar shop. Observation on our end revealed all specs seem to have been set to the JACOBS specs and NOT what was assembled on the truck, which was Paccars version of jakes. A slight oversight apparently.

Give the driving videos some volume!!!! Intake and exhaust were set nicely with that nice throttle response. Jakes hit so well, they slowed us down too quick, it was taking the fun out of trying to hear them cackle. Before and after pics shown as well.

Another project wrapped up and moving onto our next 5.9 rebuild.

Thanks to Mr. T. Reed for continuing to trust us with his beautiful 388 Pete. We appreciate the support and your trust sir.

After a blown head gasket and cam lobe not doing so well a while back, we got the top end of his Cummins rebuilt. But not before the oil cooler took a crap post test drive.

To say the least, he has been through it with this truck. So we got the chance on a follow-up to run the overhead, clear up some air pressure issues, and do some internal diagnostics/readjusting.

The videos speak for themselves. Excellent throttle response, crisp jakes, nicely adjusted rpms. Thank you again T. Reed, we appreciate the hell out of you sir.

- Local lanes
- Need 2 or 3 years verifiable CDL experience.
- Home every day

- Pay is based off prior expierence
- Starts at 25% to 27% of the load (90 day trial period at this rate. After trial period is up 27% to 30% start)
- Pay increases as time with company is accured.
- $1750 to $2150 starting out a week with two loads a day, depending on which variation of loads.
- Direct deposit every Friday.
- Many more options to make as much money as you choose to, but mandatory two loads a day (11 to 14 hr days)

- Year end / performance/ safety bonuses given

I believe Eli Lance and Awag Diesel would say AMEN to having this 2011 Polar Pneumatic Tank complete. Quite the challenge overall with the amount of time to heat, air hammer, weld, torch, impact, aluminum weld, hammer, heat, repeat, repeat, repeat!!! Be sure to look at all the before and after pics to get the full scope of this project, because words don't quite capture it all.

Customer complained of a poorly functioning blow down valve, aeration control valve, pressure control valve, middle hopper product valve, leaking top lids, and a leaking middle hopper bottom cone. Additionally, we located all 4 shocks to be completely destroyed and rendered useless, all four airbags to be dry rotted and leaking, one hub cap oiler leaking, countless deeply rusted frame members, wiring issues, hardened lid gaskets, bent, chipped, massive concrete build up on the lids and lids chamber, and much more.

- Thus, we had to remove the entire piping system front to back, heat and torch or heavily impact out each valve, just to get each requested valve replaced.

- Had to do the same torch, heat, air hammer and repeat process with each airbag and all shocks.

- The frame was completely air needled to bust out the heavy rust settling, primered the frame, and painted it.

- The biggest undertaking was cutting off the center hoppers bottom cone to the product valve. The new cone was measured, cut, mocked up, and Welded from the inside out. Eli found himself inside the tank welding in some tight quarters, but absolutely killed it.

Again, an entire post and pictures can't quite capture all that was required to get this trailer done and to what lengths we had to go to make this trailer right in every way. A little over 50 man hours and then some. Nonetheless, Eli and AWAG Custom Diesel Services got it done meticulously down to every last detail. Good is not good enough. We strive for perfection here. And we mean that!!!!

Air leaks are no more on this trailer and she rides nicely. Thanks to our unamed customer for trusting us to get after this difficult one. On to the next!!!!
