Sure we’re happy to help you figure out your after purchase questions, even though the purchase was not with us…😂

Mentally preparing for the next human interaction like it’s a major life event. 😌

Turns out choosing a career where your income depends on talking to people was an interesting decision for someone who enjoys… not talking to people. 😂🚗

There’s always a brief moment of silence where you mentally review the entire customer history before deciding if you’re emotionally prepared to answer. 😭

Could be a simple question. Could be paperwork. Could be a follow-up from three weeks ago. Could be something that somehow becomes your problem before the call even ends.

Just let it ring for one more second. 😂

Apparently answering the phone is a completely different skill set when you have to spell literally anything. 😭

One unexpected responsibility and suddenly I’m questioning every letter in the English alphabet. Please direct all future calls to someone who knows what they’re doing. 😂

Reading a work email with zero punctuation like I’m trying to decode an ancient manuscript. No commas. No periods. Just vibes and a rapidly declining ability to understand the English language. 😐

There is a very specific panic that happens when the clock says 4:59 and someone suddenly decides it’s story time. 😭

I’m happy for you. I really am. But my laptop is already packed, my soul has left the building, and this story has absolutely no chance of making it to the end.

Please respect the clock. 😂

That moment when you already know the answer, but you need someone else to confirm it… for the fourth time.

Just casually rolling over like, “Quick question…” while hoping nobody remembers the other three times you asked. 😂

Saturday on the lot is basically a support group for salespeople. 😭

Four customers, different reasons to think about it, sleep on it, talk to someone, check the moon phase…

Then someone casually says they’ll take it at MSRP and suddenly you remember why you showed up. 😂

Nothing was wrong with the camera… I just needed a better background. 😂

Sometimes you have to upgrade your surroundings before you can fully commit to the workday. And apparently, the new office comes with four wheels.
