TECH TIP: Don't let your brake lines become your limiting straps! 🔧

When you're flexing your suspension on the trail, one side of the axle can droop significantly farther than it does at normal ride height. Your brake lines, ABS wiring, and breather hoses all need enough slack to accommodate that movement without stretching or getting damaged.

Especially when installing longer shocks or increasing suspension travel, make sure everything has enough room to move before hitting the trails. 🤘

6" lift is great, but not when the ride quality has seen better days. 😬

John brought his 4Runner in with a set of coilovers that were well past their prime. We swapped them out for fresh Locked Offroad coilovers and rear shocks, giving him adjustable damping to fine-tune how the suspension responds both on and off the road.

Sometimes the best upgrade isn't about going bigger. It's about making what you already have work better. 🤘

Thinking about starting a build? Start with these three questions. 👇

- What trails do you actually want to do with your rig?
- Where do you ultimately want the build to end up?
- Are you building it all at once or planning to upgrade in stages?

A daily-driven rig on 35s may take a very different path than one headed for 40s, one-ton axles, and harder trails. Knowing the end goal helps you choose the right parts the first time and build a rig that works for you. 🤘
