Things buyers forget to ask when touring a new build 👇

Everyone notices the pretty cabinets and countertops first (understandably😂) but there are a LOT of important questions people don’t think to ask until later.

A few big ones:

✅ What’s actually included in the price?
(Some homes don’t include appliances, landscaping, blinds, or even a finished driveway.)

✅ Are there financing incentives with preferred lenders?
Sometimes buyers can save significantly with rate buy-downs or closing cost credits. 👀

✅ What’s the timeline realistically like?
One thing buyers appreciate is knowing when they can actually plan their move.

Big milestone this week — my first deal at Veridian is officially under contract 🎉

My buyers hadn’t purchased a home in over 10 years, so jumping back into the process (especially with new construction) came with a bit of a learning curve at first. But overall, it's been a smooth and exciting experience for them ✨
