I'm a former Air Force mechanic with a bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering. I have a passion for fabrication and have this knack for troubleshooting. Custom hitch on an implement to pull a tank for nitrogen application. Shot from the hip, using tubing that was laying around. Not bad for 5 hours from beginning to end.

The impossibly impossible filler wire creations. Started doing this back in college as a way to amuse myself. It's made from 3/32 4043 aluminum filler rod. Had the tig turned down to 5 amps and used some .035" aluminum MIG wire as my filler. It's welded, not brazed or soldered.
