This is why we do what we do.

We may not work on many European vehicles, but when someone puts their trust in Pierson Automotive, theyā€™re going to get the same thing every customer deserves: an honest diagnosis, evidence to support it, and someone who actually gives a damn about the vehicle and the person driving it.

Sometimes an expensive problem isnā€™t an expensive problem at all. Thatā€™s why we diagnose before we replace parts.

Had an eventful weekend.

2013 Chevy impala with a cooling fan and radiator replacement.

2011 Dodge journey with an oil cooler and valve cover replacement.

Both customers were happy when they picked up. Ran into multiple issues but as always, have a solution and our top notch communication kept the customers informed every step of the way!

1997 Ford Crown Victoria wouldnā€™t shift into Park.

After a thorough diagnosis, I found the shift cable had stretched and also discovered a loose shift cable bracket that was allowing movement. A new cable was installed, the bracket was properly secured with threadlocker, the system was adjusted, and the repair was verified with a road test.

Another customer safely back on the road!

Got a clean 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500. Customer called needing a battery replaced because they had consistent flashing of the lights and had to jump off to get it started.

After replacement of the battery and battery testing both the driver side and passenger side battery, we found the for sure issue.

Replaced the battery and everything started working like it should. Fired up with no issues.

Here at Pierson Automotive, we donā€™t want our customers paying for guess work or symptoms of this or that. We want you to pay for proof and verified solutions!

Service truck is back up and running for mobile services! We have power steering and brakes again.

Turned out to be the hydro booster having a restriction, not allowing the power steering pump to allow flow through the system. The restriction caused the power steering pump to heat up to 285 degrees.

Replaced the hydro booster and corrected the fault!!
