YOUR LAKE HOUSE SHOULD BE A PLACE TO RELAX — NOT ANOTHER TO-DO LIST.

Thank you to Laura for trusting Boat House Concierge with her seawall sidewalk. After a good pressure washing, the transformation was nothing short of awesome.

While we were there, we also took care of her dock—removing cobwebs, bird droppings, and the buildup that comes with lake life. Just another way we help keep your property looking its best.

Because your time at the lake should be spent relaxing, entertaining, boating, and making memories—not cleaning, maintaining, and checking things off a list.

Have a project, chore, or maintenance item that’s been waiting for attention? Let us handle it.

From routine property care to those unexpected “while you’re here…” projects, Boat House Concierge is your trusted extra set of hands at the lake.

Professional Care for Your Lake Lifestyle.

I wish we could look into some of the contractors around Cedar Creek lake. There are so many that take advantage of unsuspecting good folks.

HOME FRAUD: A Fort Worth couple has been sentenced to federal prison for a yearslong fraud scheme that prosecutors say left more than 40 victims facing unfinished custom home projects and about $4.2 million in losses.

Christopher Judge received 78 months and Raquelle Judge received one month. Both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
