What a scam! Tyree and his manager, promised me and I have it written down and Tyree initialed it in writing, we will not be charged anything and no contract at all.
Within the first 3 weeks, instead of charging 2% for surcharge, when it is writing. Our account was set up at 2.5%. It is very difficult to get ahold of Tyree. In most cases, he doesn't even respond with a status. I never received access to the report portal. Despite several difficulties, I was told they needed to enter it manually. I contacted tyree and he was supposed to contact me to set it up. From April 15 to June 22, I never did receive access to the portal. I should of have known that's where they scam me initially.
To date, I didn't receive any reimbursement (about $90) I was referred to customer service. Tyree did explain the error incorrectly to CS. When I contacted CS, they tried to sell me at different package. Second scam alert.
Our bank account was debited $157 on May 7th, and debited again our account on June 6th $230. I tried NUMEROUS time to get ahold of Tyree for his assistance and he NEVER responded to me. Instead, a week later, he sends an email to CS, very unprofessional. In his email, he emails CS, stating "credit this lady." Again, no one could help me. Third scam alert.
Finally, I got ahold of someone in CS. Princess was phenomenal. She tried to address this issue and, unfortunately, Princess was given the incorrect explanation by her manager. Scam alert four
I attempted yet again to get ahold of Tyree on Thursday and requested he come in on Monday. Never responded again. I had to text him because he wouldn't answer the call.
Needless to say, I closed out this account Friday, June 14th, here's the fifth scam. I was told that I would be charged for renting the actual machine.
Only solution at this point, was to deny the two charges, as well as blocking Riverside any more fees.
Give a review on BBB, google and Facebook to protect others, I implore you.
One last item, when Tyree was here after we were set up and made me feel obligated to leave a positive review. Tyree stated he would get closer to winning a TV.
I have all the above statements, texts, emails and his written remarks on paper.
I had received paperwork that was not signed by Riverside, making it null void. If you have had the same experience with any paperwork that was not signed by Riverside, you can explain to customer service any paperwork you may have received without Riverside signing is NULL AND VOID.
The Customer Service was great in their attempts to assist me. Especially Belle, Princess and Josh.
