On September 16th a group of our employees participated in the United Way of Berks County’s 2026 Day of Caring. This year our team volunteered at the South Mountain YMCA, helping clean up and prepare the pool area for the winter.

East Penn is a proud partner of the United Way of Berks County, and are proud of our employees for participating in these types of community volunteer events.

It’s officially the start of our annual Employee Appreciation Week!

This year’s celebration is extra special as we mark 80 years as a family-owned company. Through eight decades of growth and change, our people have remained at the heart of what makes East Penn who we are today.

We’re recognizing the dedication, expertise, and hard work of the employees who continue to shape our company and its legacy. It’s a small way of saying thank you for being part of the East Penn family.

Keep an eye out for pictures of employees from across the country celebrating this special week!
