We all know how unpredictable Vermont weather can be, and Mother Nature seems ready to remind us that winter is right around the corner!
Before those first snowflakes start flying, take a few minutes to make sure your vehicle is ready for changing road conditions.
🚗 A few friendly reminders from your local body shop:
✅ Check those tires! Make sure you have adequate tread and proper tire pressure. If you're due for winter tires, now is the time to start planning!
✅ Check your wipers and washer fluid! Visibility is everything when snow, slush, and road spray start flying.
✅ Check your lights! Make sure your headlights, brake lights, and turn signals are working properly.
✅ Pack an emergency kit! Blankets, a flashlight, jumper cables, and a few essentials can make all the difference.
✅ SLOW DOWN! Allow extra travel time, increase your following distance, and remember that bridges and shaded roads can become slippery before everything else.
⚠️ Remember: Four-wheel drive and all-wheel drive help you get moving, but they don't help you stop faster on icy roads!

Selling our 2013 Nissan Rogue AWD. This SUV has had a considerable amount of maintenance and repair work completed!

Recent repairs and upgrades include:
✅ New brakes all the way around
✅ New battery
✅ New front struts
✅ New front CV axles
✅ New wheel speed sensors (scheduled for replacement)
✅ New rear windshield wiper arm and motor
✅ Body rust repairs completed

🦌 Food for thought…

Back in 2014, reindeer herders in Finland tested reflective spray on reindeer antlers so the animals would light up in vehicle headlights and hopefully give drivers more time to react.

Living in Vermont, where deer and vehicle collisions are something we all worry about — especially this time of year — it definitely makes you think!

Could an idea like this ever work with wildlife here? 🤔

Remember that Honda from yesterday?
From damaged to looking like it never happened. ✨
This Honda came to us with damage through the rear quarter panel and around the fuel door area, along with scrapes extending into the surrounding panels.
After the repair work, refinishing, and reassembly, she’s back together and looking clean again. 👏

Not every hit looks dramatic—but there’s a lot going on underneath. 🔧
This Honda came in with damage to the rear quarter around the fuel door, along with scrapes and impact damage carrying into the surrounding panels.
We’ve got it torn down and the repair process underway—working the metal back into shape and getting everything ready for the next stages of refinishing. 👨‍🔧
