We've officially produced our first prototype of the Intercooler Hose Delete Kit, and we're ready to put it through extensive real-world testing!
We're taking testing seriously. We'll be installing a GoPro camera in the engine bay to capture engine movement relative to the intercooler and closely monitor how our flexible connection handles movement, vibration, and real-world driving conditions.
Once testing is complete, we'll thoroughly inspect the entire assembly, connection points, and surrounding components for any signs of stress, fatigue, cracks, or damage.
Our goal isn't simply to create another aftermarket part. We're engineering a durable, reliable solution designed to withstand the demands of real-world Sprinter operation.
We're excited to share the development process with you, including actual testing footage and results.
