Piedmont Fleet Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to join our team!

We're a locally owned and operated company with more than 25 years in the fleet service industry, and we're looking for a motivated, organized leader who knows how to keep a busy shop running smoothly.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee daily shop operations and mechanical technicians
- Coordinate technician schedules and manage workflow
- Communicate with customers and schedule incoming repairs
- Keep repair orders, estimates, and invoices organized and accurate
- Solve problems, support your team, and keep things moving!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ 3–5 years of medium- to heavy-duty truck industry experience

✔️ Shop management or service writer experience preferred

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✔️ Computer proficiency and excellent attention to detail

💥 WHAT WE OFFER:

Join the Bedford County Sheriff's Office for a fun-filled day of riding, community, and giving back at our Christmas in July Poker Run on Saturday, July 18!

This event helps kick off our BCSO Toys for Kids Program, bringing holiday joy to children and families throughout Bedford County. Every mile you ride helps support a great cause!

📍 Registration Begins: 11:00 AM at the Forest Volunteer Fire Department
🏍️ Kickstands Up: 12:00 PM
🏁 Ride Ends: Benjamin's Restaurant in Forest at approximately 4:00 PM
💲 Entry Fee: $20

After the ride, keep the fun going with:

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas!

Our offices will be closed throughout the holiday weekend to allow employees time with their families and friends. We will reopen Monday, December 29 to resume normal operations.
