MCOR Automotive in Lutz, FL is hiring an experienced Automotive Restyler Sales Person for a full-time position.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who knows automotive accessories, car audio, tint, electronics, truck accessories, or vehicle restyling — and wants to sell in a busy, established shop with real year-round demand.
This is not a basic counter job. We are looking for someone who can talk to customers, understand what they want, recommend the right products, and help turn ideas into completed vehicle builds.
Position:
Automotive Restyler Sales Person
Full Time
Lutz, Florida
Pay:
Probationary training period salary, followed by one of the most generous uncapped gross-sales-based commission structures in the industry.
This is a $65K–$150K+ sales opportunity for the right person.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years verifiable automotive sales experience
• Car audio experience is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of automotive accessories, tint, electronics, lighting, truck accessories, or vehicle restyling is a major plus
• Must be comfortable selling in person and on the phone
• Must be able to identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Must be dependable, professional, organized, and motivated
• Strong communication and follow-up skills required
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
