Engine received all new PAI Industries parts including:
- Engine Overhaul Kit
- Oil Pump
- Oil Cooler
- Water Pump
- Thermostat
- New Loaded Cylinder Head
- Head Bolt Kit
- Connecting Rod Bolts
- New Valve Camshaft
- New Injector Camshaft
- Reman Injectors
- All New Rocker Assemblies and Shafts

Customer is installing his oil pan, valve cover and all external components off his original core

Fully rebuilt CAT 3406B (425hp) installed back in the 1986 Kenworth W900 today. We’ll be buttoning up the truck next few days and shake down runs will be made next week, stay tuned!

Sold our Rebuilt Detroit Diesel 12.7L DDEC IV High Performance engine today. Customer brought his A game with the blocking! He’s installing it in his late 90’s Freightliner Argosy, removing the 12.7L in it that has 1.1 million miles and wicked blow-by. Customer didn’t need the PDI Exhaust Manifold and Turbo, he’s swapping his valve cover, ECM and all external components off his core. Thank you John for the business, cant wait to see it installed!

Cummins ISX DOHC Engine Block getting resurfaced on our Rottler F88S Machining Center. One of two passes, both were .003” each, remaining deck height was .006” before we started and we took every thousands of it.
