Prayers for Kim Smiths family as we learn of his passing. He was a great supporter and sponsor of the races and no tellings how many racers he helped out with nuts and bolts when they needed that hard to find one. He will truly be missed.

Funeral arrangements for Patsy Williams will be Friday June 27th at Peaceful Gardens in Woodrow .

Flowers can be sent to Sanders funeral home.

Her favorite color was purple, so the family asks any shirts purple or racing shirt would be fitting for the occasion.

Please keep the Williams family in your thoughts and prayers, last night they lost their beloved mother Patsy Williams.

She was a staple of the racing community for over 45+years in Lubbock, She was the beautiful, kind, and amazing woman everybody got to meet and greet when they showed up to any pit gate entrance in lubbock.

Always full of joy and life and absolutely loved her Friday and Saturday nights with her racing family.

We ask that you keep the Williams family in your prayers and we will post more details for her celebration of life when we get them.

This was Brandon's last win at West Texas Raceway and his #1 fan was ready for victory lane.

Just got news that long time crew chief and racer Wayne  Muculler passed a way. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers and thoughts. A lot of racing history is lost with his passing, wish it would’ve been writing down when he would tell the story’s.

The racing community lost a long time racer and supporter as James Dawson past away. James has been around racing for almost as long as I can remember, if the gate was open he was there. Please keep the Dawson and Robinson family in your prayers and thoughts as they deal with the loss of a husband, farther and grandfather.

USRA - United States Racing Association is always looking out for their racers. Congrats to Cameron.

Cameron Martin was the lucky winner of the Allen Autosports Race Cars USRA B-Mod on Saturday night at the USRA banquet.

Cameron has accepted the chassis and will run this B-Mod for the 2024 season!

Congratulations to Cameron, and we want to send a thank you to Scotty Allen for doing this giveaway!

The #77 supported a few USRA tracks during the 2024 season. Martin competed at the Legacy Speedway, Race Sandia, Vado Speedway Park.

Due to unforseen circumstances and issues entirely beyond our control, we regret to inform all of our amazing fans, sponsors and drivers that we will not be able to open the gates of WTR for the 2024 race season.

We know you all will understand and we are truly grateful to be blessed with the most amazing fans, drivers and sponsors around, we look forward to turning the lights back on, bigger and better in 2025.

We urge all our fans, and drivers to support the surrounding dirt tracks this upcoming season and we hope to see you all again in 2025.
