From helping with holiday giving and community events to spending time with kids and supporting young athletes, NiJa has always been willing to give her time, energy, and heart to others.

A worker helping a worker.

On August 7, 2024, our team saw construction workers out in the Texas heat and decided to stop and lend a hand.

We picked up ice-cold water, Gatorade, and snacks and brought them back out to the crew.

It wasn’t about recognition. It was simply about seeing someone working hard and doing something to make their day a little easier.

That’s what community is all about.

Sometimes, you don’t need to sell a car. You just need to sell a smile.

On August 2, 2025, our Premier team stopped at a local gas station to pay it forward—covering gas, buying snacks, and simply taking the time to talk with people.

No sales pitch. No agenda. Just kindness, good conversations, and a few smiles.

More than a football camp it was a memory they’ll carry with them. 🏈

The Micah Parsons Football Camp was an incredible experience, and we were proud to have our Premier team represented by JKayden, Adela, EJ, Tristen, and Nehemiah.

Seeing these kids step onto the field, learn from the best, compete, and simply have fun was what it was all about.

We’re grateful to Micah Parsons, the LC team, the coaches, parents, and everyone who helped make this experience possible.

At Premier, we’re proud to create opportunities that give kids something to remember.
