Our Story
Lone Star is a premier family oriented Mobile Home Community North East of the loop on Idalou Rd in Lubbock Texas.
CapRock Communities partnered with the community in late 2018 and immediately began investing in extensive utility upgrades, grounds improvements, improved resident service and we will complete landscaping and new fencing by the Spring of 2019.
2018 was a fantastic year for Lone Star. We had many fun community events including a community garage sale, three barbecues, and a community Easter egg hunt! We also welcomed about 25 new families to the community which has made the basketball court and baseball field a lot more fun!!
Our home sales partner, Choice Manufactured Homes partnered with 21st Mortgage to bring in brand new homes which are move in ready. We hope to welcome you to our great community soon!
