🔧 Meet the Team Monday 🔧
This week, we’re proud to introduce Julio Carrillo, a Technician who has been a part of the Pollard family for an incredible 26 years.
Julio says what he enjoys most about Pollard is the family-oriented culture and the way ownership works alongside employees. One of his favorite memories is the relationships he’s built over the years and the interaction between ownership and team members that makes Pollard feel different from other dealerships.
When asked what customers should know, Julio shared: “Employees here care about doing their job correctly and strive for perfection.”
When he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him spending time with his family. And if he had to pick a favorite vehicle on the lot? The Ford F-250, because you can never go wrong with a big truck.

Meet Kyle 👋

Kyle Manweiler is part of the sales team at our Avenue Q location and has been with Pollard for 7 months. What he enjoys most about working at Pollard? The people. From supportive coworkers to a boss who always keeps the energy up, Kyle says the team atmosphere makes all the difference.

His favorite memory so far was selling his first car, and if you ask him what vehicle on the lot stands out most right now, he’ll point you straight to the 2017 Lexus RC 350 for its reliability and luxury feel. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys creating social media content, staying involved with his church, and cheering on Texas Tech sports. 🔴⚫️
