Reubens are something I always order when I see them on a menu. Made my own for the first time tonight on the BS. Fantastic!

Found the marble rye at local grocery store. I put the sliced corn beef on the griddle to brown it a bit and get it hot. Then I buttered my marble rye and laid it down and slathered it with a blend of thousand island and horseradish. Put the beef on the marble rye a pile your kraut and cheese on top in generous amounts, and enjoy!
