Something I see all the time that just really bugs me. Bring em by and I'll get em done right for you. Don't expect it to be cheap, but it will be correct.
The light source (bulbs, diodes etc.), should not be visible to other vehicles around you. Now with rock lights on big trucks, sometimes it's inevitable. However they should be mounted higher up in the wheel well not in the front or back of the wheel well. I'm sure I'm going to get all kinds of hate for some of this as well. Also, wheel lights, AKA light up shoes like when you were a kid, your wheels have to cover those.
Underglows, plain and simple, it's suppose to create a glow, not hard lines or be mounted anywhere other than underneath and hidden.
Any light source than can be seen from other vehicles, is illegal. It's also illegal to even run most rock lights while driving because it can cause a distraction as well as impare the vision of other drivers. Especially if they are red, blue or green. All though it might look cool while your going down the road, but be aware of your surroundings at least.
One last thing, if you have automatic high beams, turn them off in town, there's no need for them. Most of you don't realize how difficult it is to see anything at all when you drive with your high beams or light bars on coming towards another vehicle. That other vehicle can't see at all because you're blinding them. If your lifted then adjust your lights down as well.
Also, some of the images here are not my images, they are for showing examples only, they are not on here to bad mouth any company or any person who may have installed these light or taken the pictures.
