Mark Tijerina is a special person, and our team at Premier Autos of Lubbock took time this morning to express our deep appreciation for the ways he has touched us—as a friend, a valued customer, and, most significantly, through the example of love he shows for his son Isaiah. In his spare time, he works diligently to improve the lives of people who live with autism—something Isaiah has faced since birth. Today, Mark finds himself in the midst of a chronic medical battle of his own, yet you wouldn’t know it, as, once again, he was on the field Monday night, pitching and hitting and enjoying friends as usual. Being strong for others is his hallmark. Today we stand with you in your fight, Mark, and thank you for your courage.

At this Rodeo, Family is Family!

Another Post Stampede Rodeo is in the books, and the Premier Auto Group of Texas is honored once again to stand beside our community in presenting the annual Jeremy King, "Top Hand Award." Lane Jones is this year’s honoree. He puts his heart into everything we do and embodies what it means to be a devoted cowboy. -- Wacey Moore, Rodeo Organizer.

The Rodeo has long been more than entertainment—it’s a lifeline for our local community, a heart for giving back that aligns with Premier Texas’s mission. Last evening was especially meaningful. Two families smiled, cried, and hugged as they learned our team had come together to honor the memory of Chloe Mason Whitehead by helping another family in her name.

In Chloe’s loving memory, we came together to donate $5,000 to 14-year-old Kyler Smith as he bravely continues his health battle. Both families have left indelible impressions on many of us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to thank them in this way.

God is truly GREAT. 🙏🏼

Day 2 of the 2026 Post Stampede Rodeo soared beyond expectations, thanks to the skill and heart of the competitors. We were also honored to spend time with a true local talent and Stampede hero, Justin Walkup. A fixture at the rode. For more than a decade, Justin and his wife Shana have proudly call Post home. He’s the craftsman we rely on to forge the Jeremy King, "Top Hand Award" spurs that are presented each year by our Premier Autos of Lubbock.

Justin’s artistry with steel—combining strength, precision, and intricate detail—transforms raw metal into pieces that shine on and off the arena floor and last a lifetime. His talent is unmatched and deeply appreciated by our team and the Stampede Rodeo. Thank you, Justin, for making everyone around you shine.
