Deep South Speedway is racing July 3rd & 4th during the Freedom 250 Weekend!

Crown Vic drivers — load 'em up and come race with us!

💥 BOMBER DRIVERS: If we have 12 or more Bombers entered, the Bombers will race in their OWN SEPARATE division and will NOT be combined with the Crown Vic class.

Spread the word, tag your racing buddies, and let's pack the pits for an action-packed Independence Day weekend at Deep South Speedway!

LAST CHANCE TO MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARS, Please Read this. We will be announcing the classes the USCS will run each day on July 3rd and 4th.

So add your comments below on this survey questionaire /survey and let us know what class you race in , doesn't matter if your division races weekly/Biweekely at Deep South or not. We just want to see who is as excited as we are about celebrating the 250 Years of living in the greatest country in the World with us this Independence Day weekend at Deep South Speedway. We plan to run some classes both nights and are trying to make a decision on who wants the chance to ' showcase" their driver, team and sponsors in what we expect to be a big crowd each night. We will try to have all classes announced by Friday of the weekend.

🚨 EVENT POSTPONEMENT NOTICE 🚨

Due to Mother Nature not being on our side this weekend, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend’s event until June 27.

While we understand that other tracks may be racing that weekend but we have to do what is best for Deep South Speedway. Our goal is to make sure we can get our show in and provide the quality racing program our drivers, teams, sponsors, and fans deserve.

We know this isn’t the news anyone wanted to hear, but we’d rather wait and put on a great event than risk not being able to complete the show.

We are going to watch the weather until Thursday. After speaking with our local meteorologist, the weather seems to be moving out before Saturday. Racing will depend on how much water the track takes on and can drain before then! We are gonna try our dangdest !

🌦️ We’re watching the weather but remember, this is the South.

The weather app says rain. The radar says maybe. The sky says no. Your grandma’s knee says yes.

Around here, we can have a thunderstorm in Turn 1, sunshine in Turn 4, and someone still getting sunburned in the grandstands.

We’re keeping an eye on it, but if you’ve lived in the South long enough, you know the forecast is really just a list of suggestions.

Race Fans and Fireworks Freaks, don't miss the Freedom 250 at Deep South Speedway on Friday and Saturday, July 3rd and 4th. Two full nights of racing with prelininary formats and main events both night plus Huge Fireworks BOTH NIGHTS.

The Hoosier Racing Tire USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by XC Gear Winged Sprint Cars headline the action-packed racing card each night plus Late Model, Modified and Stock Car Racing over both nights.

The classes competing on July 3rd and 4th will be finalized early this week, and announced.
