2020 Imagine by Grand Design Travel Trailer Model , 27'11" overall, weighs about 5300 lbs, GVWR is 6995 LBS.

$14,900($500 bath door allowance) $14,400 plus tax and license.

Front walk around Bed, Bunk beds in rear across from Bathroom. Good floor plan, lot's of storage.

We have checked this out and everything is working. Features include Air Conditioner, electric awning(canvas has a tear, were working on replacing the canvas), electric tongue jack, scissor jacks, rear ladder, LPG/Elec. water heater, furnace, Stereo, Flat screen TV, outside kitchen(see picture) and more.

New awning canvas and new mattress.

Awning works well. Canvas crinkles when rolling up. Bathroom door works, it has marks and paper peeling off)

2013 Jayco Jay Flight Model , 29' overall, weighs about 4800 LBS.

$9,995 plus tax and license(DMV good until 10/26)

As you walk in the enter door, the queen walk around bed is in the front, the sofa is straight ahead. As you turn towards the back the kitchen is on the right across from the dinette. As you head to the rear the bunks are on the left and the bathroom is on the right.

All appliances and water system are working. This has an AC, awning and jacks, the awning has a small hole but works well otherwise.

There is a little water damage by the driver's side front bedroom table and some damage on the ceiling above it. I've added 2 pictures of this. As far as I can tell it is not leaking now.

2011 Track and Trailer toy hauler by Gulf Stream. Model # 24RTH, 30'1" overall. Weighs about 5700 LBS, GVWR is 10,500 LBS.

Tires are about 3 years old and have about 200 miles on them. Awning canvas was replaced 3 years ago also.

$9,900 plus tax and license.

Front bedroom, bath and kitchen then the toy area in the back. We have gone through all of the appliances and systems and they are working. This is fully self contained AC, furnace, water heater, stove, fridge, awning, etc are all working. There is no Generator. They is a spot to mount one on the front of the trailer.

This floorplan has a big bedroom and bath area. The cargo area is 8'. There is room to cheat somewhat to the on one side. (See picture of the floorplan in the images.)
