Please make sure your brown-lid trash cart is out and ready for collection.
If you have not yet received your brown-lid cart, please contact the community office as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Join us May 29–31 from 10 AM – 5 PM for the Key Heights & Key Vista Community Garage Sales! It’s the perfect weekend to shop for treasures, meet neighbors, and enjoy the community fun. 🎉

Residents participating should have their items set up in their driveway or lot space and get ready for a busy weekend of bargain hunters!

Don’t forget — residents must have their pool wristbands for entry, so be sure to turn in your pool forms to the office if you haven’t already!

This is the perfect time to clean out, set up, and join the fun—plus explore both communities for great deals, unique finds, and hidden treasures!

Participant reminders:
• All sales must be set up in your driveway or lot space
• The communities will be advertising the event, but feel free to add a sign at your home
• Please be respectful of neighbors and shared spaces
