We’ve got this Bobcat MT100 in the shop with some pretty obvious engine damage, and let’s just say… this one’s going to need a little more than an oil change! 😂

No shortcuts on this one — we’re going all in with a complete engine rebuild to get this machine back to work and making money!

🔧 Jeep JK in for some much-needed front-end love!

This one came through the doors for a whole list of steering and suspension work. Worn-out front-end components can turn a Jeep into a handful real quick — wandering, clunking, loose steering, uneven tire wear, you name it.

We’re going through this JK, replacing the worn components, tightening everything back up, and getting it ready to drive and wheel like it should. 💪

🔧 2012 Cummins in for a no-start — after another shop didn’t even want to take a look at it.

The customer came to us concerned that multiple modules could be causing the issue, but after some proper diagnostics, we were able to narrow it down pretty quickly.

The culprit? A failed TIPM.

New TIPM installed, programmed, and this Cummins fired right back up and is running better than ever. 💪

Electrical issues can get complicated fast, but throwing parts at a truck isn’t the answer. Diagnose it right, fix it right, and get it back on the road.

⚠️ 5.9 Cummins in stuck in limp mode!

We got this one in the shop and went straight to diagnosing the issue. Didn’t take long to track it down to a faulty MAP sensor causing the truck to stay in limp mode.

Sometimes the fix really is that simple. New MAP sensor going in and this Cummins will be ready to rip again! 💨

🔧 F-250 work truck in for the dreaded death wobble!

Once we got this one in the air, the problem was pretty obvious. We found a blown-out track bar along with tie rod ends with a ton of movement — definitely not what you want holding the front end of a heavy work truck together.

We’re getting the worn-out parts replaced, tightening the front end back up, and getting this F-250 back to work where it belongs. 💪

And remember — Diesel might be in our name, but engines and diesel work are far from all we do. Steering, suspension, brakes, maintenance, diagnostics, gas vehicles, work trucks, and everything in between.

💨 LML Duramax in for a boost leak — and this one didn’t take long to find.

This truck was still running a factory-style up-pipe with an EGR block-off plate rather than an LB7-style up-pipe.

Sure enough, it failed right where we’ve seen plenty of them fail. Between the added weight of the block-off plate and a cracked support bracket, the up-pipe finally gave out and created a nasty exhaust/boost leak.

Quick diagnosis, problem found, and we’re getting it taken care of the right way. 🔧
