My name is Matt Seiler, General Manager of Metric Motors.

Some of you may have seen a post shared on the Loveland 1877 Facebook group. The post was made by a former employee, and I was unable to respond directly after being blocked from the conversation. Metric Motors takes customer concerns seriously, and we strongly dispute several false and misleading statements being shared online.

To any current or former customers who feel they had a poor experience with our team, I sincerely apologize that you did not feel comfortable reaching out to us directly. Our goal has always been to provide automotive service with honesty, integrity and transparency. While we are not perfect, we care deeply about our customers and always want the opportunity to address concerns and make things right whenever possible.

I want to address comments made regarding Dan Moyer and my management of the business. Metric Motors has built a strong reputation in this community over the 50 years in business. I am grateful to have earned the opportunity to help continue the legacy and values established and upheld by both Dan and the original owner in 1976. These values of integrity, honesty and taking care of people remain central to how we operate today. I believe in them and am proud to uphold them in every role I have filled at Metric Motors.

The personal accusations made against me are false, misleading and do not reflect who I am or how I conduct myself professionally. I would simply ask to be judged based upon my actions, my interactions within this community, and the service we provide every day.

I am grateful to our long-time customers and community members who have supported us and shared their positive experiences over the years. Your trust means a great deal to our team, and we remain committed to earning it every day.
