**RV Parking (Thursday–Sunday / 4 Days):**
✅ $400 – Water & 30-amp electric hookups / Hard surface parking
✅ $280 – No hookups / Generators allowed / Water fill-up station available
Port-a-potties & private heated outdoor shower on-site

**Additional RV Fees no hookups:**
➕ $40 per additional day (before or after the event)
➕ $80 single day only

**Vehicle Parking (Non-RV):**
🚗 $8 per day
🌙 Overnight parking + dispersed camping +$30 per night

**Private Field Rental:**
🌾 $2,000 – 2-acre fenced private manicured grass field / All 4 days / No hookups /up to 20 guests.

🚌 Shuttles to the event run multiple times daily

Large do-it-yourself parking area available with a 10-minute walk to Churchill Downs for Oaks and Derby. Venmo $10 with the first three digits of the plate number. If you have any questions, you can call me at 502-619-4731. It's a 3-acre fully fenced area, with no block-ins, and off-duty law enforcement is paid to be on and off-site all weekend.

Car and RV Parking(Short and Long Term). Lot is Fenced. Local Law Enforcement will be on site around the clock Thursday, Friday and Saturday of Derby week.
