Welcome Associates! Updated 5/26
We had a successful start to getting back to work. U55X CMA is back up and running on A Crew and B Crew. U55X Brake Corner is running on first shift, CX482/483 is running on 1st shift.

If you ask any of your friends that have returned to work I think you will find that it has been a relatively easy transition to the new safety protocols that are in place. The next wave of recalling employees are listed below.

June 1st CX482/483 CMA 2nd shift will return to work.
June 22nd U55X CMA C crew will return to work.
June 22nd U55X Brake Corner 2nd shift will return to work

We are contacting 2nd Shift CX482/483 by phone the week of May 26th with start times and verification of your shifts and return times. At that time we will be able to answer any of your questions.
As we come back there are some Policies that will be changing. There is a presentation put on the ADP site to answer many of your questions. The presentations are in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic
Please be prepared on your return to follow these new policies. The largest item that will effect you is that there will be no lockers, vending, microwaves or refrigerators available to you on your return. Please pack your lunches in coolers and keep them in your vehicles.

I look forward to seeing everyone on your return and will be glad to get back to a little normal routine.

Malcolm

Hello Associates,
As you see on the news it is reported that Ford will not be returning on 5/4 like they previously announced. We still do not have a firm date from Ford when they will be returning. We are hearing rumors that they will be returning on 5/18. If that is the case we will also be returning on 5/18. Without releases and a plan from Ford I cannot give you a schedule for what shifts will return and when. Once I have that info I will post more information.

I am sure you are frustrated with the situation as am I. The situation changes constantly and unfortunately we have to react to those changes.

I hope you and your families are staying safe. I truly look forward to when we can be back to work. I will update you as I get reliable information.
