Al & Ed's Autosound #04 Los Angeles

Al and Ed’s Autosound has been selling and installing mobile electronics longer than anyone. Founded by Al Brotsky and Ed Zionts back in 1954, Al and Ed’s Autosound helped start an entire industry. Al and Ed’s Autosound is credited with:
Inventing and installing the first car alarm
Installing the first FM stereo in the car
Installing the first rear deck speakers
Creating the “dealer installation” business
Opening the first car radio repair business in the industry
And many more first’s
Since it’s inception 60 years ago, Al and Ed’s Autosound has performed over 2 million installations. Not only do we carry all of the traditional mobile electronic categories like CD receivers, mobile video receivers, overheads and headrest systems, GPS navigation systems, amps, speakers, subwoofers, enclosures, security systems, radar detectors, accessories, but have also recently expanded our selection of back up safety systems, restyling accessories such as Power Steps, Bluetooth hands free kits and portable GPS devices. One of the categories Al and Ed’s is really focused on is integration. Whether it is OEM Integration [integrating new products with your factory audio or video system] or IPod Integration, [interfacing your IPod so you can play it thru OEM or aftermarket system] we have one of the most extensive fitment data bases available and one of the largest selections of adapters and interfaces available so we can properly complete your installation. Chances are if we do not have an interface or adapter solution available for your vehicle, it does not exist. Since all we do is mobile electronics and car restyling accessories, we are focused. We do not sell TV’s, washers, dryers, cell phones or any other consumer electronics. We are a Specialist! Our sales people and installers live and breathe mobile electronics. Our people are well trained. Most of our stores owners have over 20 years of industry experience and some are closing in on 30 years of industry experience. Al and Ed’s carries the best brands the industry has to offer, Alpine, Cerwin-Vega Mobile, Diamond Audio, Kenwood eXcelon, Focal, Pioneer, Rockford Fosgate, Vizualogic, Es**rt, Clifford, SiriusXM Satellite Radio and many more. We specialize in mobile electronics, our people are well trained and have hands-on experience in the industry we helped create, why would you want to buy from anyone else???
