Thank you for making this event such a success. We had the biggest turn out this building has seen in YEARS and we couldn’t have made it happen without all of you. We are so lucky to have such great tenants here at 5670 Wilshire.

This is a friendly reminder that Daylight Savings Time begins this Sunday, March 13th. Please remember to adjust all clocks and electronic equipment by moving the time forward one-hour. This is also a great time of year for everyone to check their home smoke detector batteries as well.

In our continued effort to remain environmentally sound at 5670 Wilshire, Equity Office has arranged for an E-Waste collection service at the building provided by NeuWaste Business Recycling. The e-waste drop off will be Wednesday, March 16th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. During this time you may drop off your e-waste items at the designated loading dock area where there will be NeuWaste staff standing by to collect your items.

This service allows tenants to recycle an unlimited amount of e-waste free of charge. Please see attachments for a complete list of what NeuWaste accepts. Note that selected items are accepted at a cost, which are listed on the attached disposal inventory list. All toners must be removed from boxes and placed in black garbage bags. Toners left in boxes will not be collected. NeuWaste can also accept lighting, appliances, batteries, furniture and other unlisted items for a charge, please contact their office directly for more information on these items (310) 734-6700.
