I will tell you the most useless thing so many people do all the time including you that is reading this, do you know that HATING others is a complete waste of time, I will tell you why I said this. Those you hate have rest of mind while you the hater is always restless, as you will be busy thinking about them they are busy planning their future and how to improve their lives.
Do you have any idea what goes on in your life when ever you set your eyes on your most hated enemy, let me tell you, there’s this reaction inside you that shoots up your blood pressure so high and each day of your life that this happens takes you closer to your grave. And physically you look older day by day,
