"Talked to Charles on the phone before my arrival. He said that they just got a bunch of deals on films over Xmas and so they were giving customers a deal as well. Cool beans. The installers did a great job and they were all extremely friendly. Charles checked the quality of the work, spotted a bubble, and had the guys redo them before I even noticed anything!
