Here’s a status update as I have been asked about my coaching business….while the pandemic was the main reason in the first place that I had to close my business I decided to keep it shut for a little longer because of the birth of our second child as well as running my other business full time...I am hitting the track occasionally for time trials building up my e30 and further developing the mini r56…please feel free to meet me in the paddock if you’re around and connect for some chats or advice anytime…I would like to thank you all for your continued interest and support and I will be very excited at some point to be available as a driver coach again, however I have not decided on a specific timeframe in the near future for this as of now...I have been mainly joining SCCA and on a regional level Reno Sports Car Club of America or just lately Speed SF Track Events for some track fun and competition and they are wonderful organizations to spend great days at the track no matter if you are an absolute beginner or experienced racing driver…make sure to check them out and I’m hoping to see you out there sometime soon!!!

Another picture from 2003 on the Nuerburgring Nordschleife during the 24h race weekend...picture is at the famous Karrusell section of the track, racing for Honda in a 2.5l Accord Gr.N...the 24h race weekend is just so unique and special and besides racing on this fantastic track the hundreds of thousands of fans camping all around the whole circuit and the atmosphere also really make it one of the greatest events for all drivers and teams 😀🏁👍😃

As there’s not really any real racing going on right now, let’s just share some pictures;)...2003 VLN/CHC long distance races on the Nuerburgring Nordschleife racing for Hyundai...while the Gr.A 2.0l coupe was in an extremely competitive class it was one of the most reliable cars I’ve ever raced, so we’d constantly be able to finish in the front pack of one of the strongest and competitive classes these days😀👍🏁😃

With the rain drumming on the roof these two seemed like they were staring at me, saying “what are we doing in here!?”...remember to always try to go out on the track in the rain instead of avoiding it, it will teach you things that you just can’t learn in dry conditions and will make you a way better driver overall - and it is just so much fun 😀👍🌧🏁

Congratulations to for mastering stage 1 of our program! And how! Never been in a race car before he again finished 2nd in class and 16th overall out of 43 cars with an impressive improvement in times from run to run! Highly impressive and fast, surely a great talent behind the wheel!

Who remembers the good old days when you actually had to lift the rear of the kart, push it forward and jump in to get it going...what does “TAG” mean!?;) What fantastic days with such competitive and close racing racing even though pushing for the warmup lap could be a little chaotic sometimes😄😃...video is a VHS from the 2000 DMV German Kart Championship ICA100 in Hahn Wildbergerhuette...so no comments on the quality please😀
