"I was in desperate need of suspension work on my car and I don't usually take my car anywhere I do the repairs at home but this was above my level of ability. So I went to Google and came across Marcos Auto service. I read over quite a few of the reviews and didn't find a bad one. So I text them my issue and within a few minutes they responded to me. The response was welcoming and helpful. From that message to me picking up my car was 3 days. Which with the amount of work that I needed done and the availability of the parts is a phenomenal turnaround. Everyone that I spoke with was friendly and made me feel secure about taking my car there. They did an absolutely wonderful job I have no complaints. And when I picked up my car there was a note on my steering wheel which I've included a photo of that. And I will say the amount of sand that was on the driver side floor mat could have built a whole beach in Sanford so thank you for removing that for me! Awesome service from the front desk to the shop! Keep customer service number one and y'all will have more business than you know what to do with!" Erika Cordill
