The majority of this job is a counter representative, taking payments, creating leases, and answering the phone. You must be able to accurately work with money and be very detail oriented while working in customer accounts. This job also requires some light cleaning of storage units after they have been vacated and general cleaning in the office. It also requires the ability to work independently. The job is approximately 15 hours per week with the ability for more when covering for other employees.
