Dealing with a total loss accident is one of the most stressful things you can go through, but Shawn at JB Auto made the entire situation so much easier to handle. From the moment I brought my car in, he was incredibly caring, compassionate, and transparent about the whole process. Even though my vehicle ultimately couldn't be saved, Shawn’s professionalism, expert communication, and genuine kindness meant the world to me during a difficult time. I cannot recommend him and the team at JB Auto enough—if you need someone you can completely trust to take care of you and your vehicle, this is the place to go!

If I had a dollar for everytime I've been to this collision shop...I'd probably just hand it right back to them at this point. I've unfortunately had to bring my vehicle here several times(not my fault) and everytime they were incredibly professional, quick to communicate, and super helpful in walking me through what to do next. They make a stressful situation so much easier to handle.At this rate, i might need a loyalty punch card..but in all seriousness, i cant recommend them enough. Whether its a small repair or something major, they truly take care of you and keep you in the loop every step of the way. If anyone needs repair im quite the example of a billboard for them ☺️10/10 recommendThank you Shawn and Team, yall are the best

JB Auto Paint and Body was so thorough and efficient with our vehicle! It was a fairly extensive repair and they communicated throughout the process with us and the insurance company and insured that the job was done with excellence and as quickly as possible! We highly recommend them!

They serviced my car after an accident on Eastman Road. I had where I hit a tree. The knowledge they have of the business and the patience they have with their customers is rarely found in any business practice as of today. We are thankful when we can locate someone who has such a combination of great service and integrity.
