Last week, we had the honor of celebrating a truly special milestone at our Longview plant. 🎉

Konstantin Kostenko is marking 20 years behind the wheel with Wilcox + Flegel, an incredible achievement and a testament to his dedication and work ethic. Before his shift on Friday, our team gathered to recognize him and share in the moment.

During the celebration, Konstantin shared a bit of his journey. Before his career with W+F, he worked in another country where his coworkers and community felt like family. Transitioning to a new country and starting over wasn’t easy...but through it all, he found that same sense of belonging here.

Today, Konstantin proudly calls his W+F coworkers family, a blessing he doesn’t take for granted.

We’re grateful to have you on the team, Konstantin. Here’s to 20 years of excellence and many more to come! 👏

We're set up and ready to welcome golfers at Hole 16 during today's Caddyshack themed Kelso Longview Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament! ⛳

We're proud to support this event, with all proceeds benefiting scholarships for local high school students right here in our community. ❤️

It's shaping up to be a beautiful day for golf, and we're excited to spend it with fellow businesses, community members, and golfers supporting a great cause.

After 17 years with us, Darrell Moore is officially calling it a career, and honestly, we're not sure we're ready for it.

Since joining the team in 2008, Darrell has been the kind of sales professional that doesn't come around very often. He never just "sold" anything; he built relationships, earned trust, and showed up for his customers the same way every single time. His consultative approach was something a lot of people talk about, but few actually pull off, and his customers knew the difference. 🤝

What a lot of people might not know is how much time Darrell quietly poured into the people around him. Whether it was walking someone through proper lubrication application or just sitting down and teaching the art of building a real customer relationship, he invested in this team in ways that will stick around long after he's gone.

Outside of work, Darrell has always had sawdust in his blood. An accomplished carpenter, he's built multiple homes from the ground up over the years, and as the perfect sendoff to his working chapter, he just finished his biggest project yet: building his and his wife Kathy's dream retirement home. If that's not going out on top, we don't know what is.🪚🔨

As for retirement? Darrell and Kathy will be spending their days on their new family farm, surrounded by the people who matter most to them.

Darrell, thank you for 17 years of hard work, genuine relationships, and mentorship that made everyone around you better. We're going to miss you more than we can say, but we couldn't be happier for you.

Cheers to the next chapter! ❤️
