•Daily, Weekly, & Monthly stays are available. Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview TX. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603

We are also going through some major capital improvements, including a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great exercise as well.

The swing is still swinging, the trees are still doing their thing, and a couple of our tiny homes are looking for somebody new to call Pine Ridge home.

• Security deposit + first month’s rent
• $80 utility deposit at move-in
• Electric based on usage
• Water stays $30/month, regardless of usage

Up to 2 pets • nonrefundable pet fee •
- Please note aggressive breeds restriction apply.

•All adults living in the home must apply.
Income requirement is 3× the monthly rent.
Applications include background, credit, rental history and employment verification.

If you haven’t been by lately, we’re tucked away under the Texas trees with plenty of room to slow down a little.

There’s a laundry room, storage, firepit + grill, pet stations, our swinging tree bench, and plenty of those quiet little moments that make you forget you’re right off I-20. 🌙

🌙 Last night at Pine Ridge ✨

We caught the lunar eclipse from the swaying bench under the trees, and it was one of those little moments that makes you stop and appreciate how peaceful it can be out here.

Just the moon, the trees, a quiet night… and apparently a little armadillo decided to join us too.
