Coffman is open and paved both ways. So excited to have this completed. Thank you everyone for putting up with the street construction with us.

It looks like they are going to be paving all day. Please come from the alley to get in. Hopefully they are almost done

Happy Friday everyone. The sun is out, fall is here. The Coffman will be getting paved today, and Monday. We hope everyone have a fun and safe weekend.

Starting today Coffman will be closed for paving. Please use the alley behind the building. Hopefully this means the Coffman project is almost done. Thank you again for continuing to work with us through all of the street work. We appreciate all your support.

Starting Tuesday June 24, the southbound lanes of Coffman Street will be closed between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue for approximately three months. Traffic will switchover from southbound to northbound only. I still recommend coming from the Alley. With this new changed street traffic will be very interesting.
