Master Mechanic (Auto & Diesel Shop)
We are a busy, well-established auto and diesel repair shop with a 5-star reputation, and we’re looking for an experienced Master Mechanic to join our team. If you take pride in your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of professional mechanic experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Diesel mechanic experience (highly desired, but not required)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Efficient, focused, and able to keep up in a fast-paced shop
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Committed to maintaining and elevating our 5-star customer experience
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair automotive and light/heavy diesel vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Uphold shop standards, safety protocols, and quality control
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture
