We don't ask you to take our word for it. ๐Ÿ‘€
That's Mark at our front counter, walking through a real Digital Vehicle Inspection photo. Every inspection comes with photos texted straight to your phone, so you see what Tyler, Joe, and Alex saw under your vehicle, whether that's a worn part, a leak, or the AWD fluid card from the bay.

โœ“ What's urgent
โœ“ What can wait
โœ“ What's fine

Your call, every time.

That's The Nice Difference. Stop by 110 East Ken Pratt Blvd or book online!

What does the fluid in your transfer case actually look like? ๐Ÿค”
Most drivers have never seen it, and that's exactly the point of this card ๐Ÿ‘‡ Alex puts a drop of YOUR fluid right next to NEW fluid for the transmission, rear differential, and transfer case. Dark, burnt, or gritty fluid next to clean fluid tells the story without anybody having to "sell" you anything.

Your AWD fluids get checked in the free courtesy inspection that comes with any service. We photograph what we find and you decide what's next. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

"It's AWD. It'll be fine in the snow." ๐Ÿ›‘

Maybe! But your all-wheel drive is a system of gears and fluids working hard every time you pull out onto Hwy 119 in the slush. Here's what it sounds like when it needs attention:
๐Ÿ”Š A whine or hum that changes with your speed
๐Ÿ”ฉ A clunk when you take off or shift
๐Ÿ”„ Shuddering or "binding" in tight, slow turns (hello, parking lots)
โš ๏ธ An AWD or 4WD warning light on the dash
๐Ÿ’ง Drips or a burnt smell under the vehicle

Notice one of these? Better to catch it in October than on the first snowy morning. Alex, Tyler, and Joe can take a look. Call Bryan, Josh, Mark, or Bob at 720-605-0932! ๐Ÿš—

Heater feels warmโ€ฆ but barely anything's coming out of the vents? ๐Ÿ’จ
Before you assume something major, check this guy ๐Ÿ‘ˆ A cabin air filter packed with leaves, dust, and Colorado dirt can choke your airflowโ€”heat, A/C, AND defrost.

That last one matters. When the windshield won't clear on a 25ยฐ morning off Ken
Pratt Blvd, that's a safety issue, not just a comfort one. โ„๏ธ
Good news: we check your cabin air filter as part of the free courtesy inspection that comes with any service. Drop your keys in our key drop at 110 East Ken Pratt Blvd or book at scheduler.cbac.com/longmont! ๐Ÿš—

Ever had your coolant topped offโ€ฆ and STILL got no heat? ๐Ÿค”

There may be an air pocket trapped in the system. Air bubbles keep hot coolant from flowing through your heater core, so you get lukewarm (or ice-cold) air on your drive down Hwy 119โ€”and air pockets can also lead to overheating.

That's what this tool is for ๐Ÿ‘‡ Our techs use a vacuum fill to pull the air out of the cooling system and refill it properly, instead of just pouring coolant in and hoping. Doing it right the first time is The Nice Difference. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

First frosty morning in Longmont โ„๏ธ You crank the heat to maxโ€ฆ and the vents blow COLD. ๐Ÿฅถ๐Ÿ›‘

Before you blame the weather, here's what usually causes it:
๐ŸŒก๏ธ Low coolant (often from a leak you haven't spotted yet)
๐Ÿซง Air trapped in the cooling system
๐Ÿ”ง A thermostat stuck open, so the engine never fully warms up
๐Ÿšซ A clogged heater core
๐Ÿšช A stuck blend door behind the dash (listen for clicking)
๐Ÿ’จ Weak airflow from a clogged cabin filter or a failing blower

Same cold air, very different fixes. That's why Tyler, Joe, and Alex diagnose the real cause before we recommend a single part. Give Bryan, Josh, Mark, or Bob a call at 720-605-0932! ๐Ÿš—

Colorado in October:
Tuesday afternoon: 78ยฐ โ˜€๏ธ
Wednesday morning: 31ยฐ and frost on the windshield โ„๏ธ

That first real freeze is when weak batteries, tired fluids, and worn tires stop hiding.

Knock out your winter check before it hits:
โœ“ Battery tested (FREE at our shopโ€”not just "it started this morning")
โœ“ Coolant level and condition checked
โœ“ AWD, transfer case, and differential fluids checked
โœ“ Tire tread and sidewalls inspected before Hwy 119 gets icy
โœ“ Wiper blades ready for mag-chloride season

Real numbers, straight from a battery test in our bay at 110 East Ken Pratt Blvd ๐Ÿ‘‡
๐Ÿ”‹ Rated: 650 cold-cranking amps
๐Ÿ”‹ Tested: 305 cold-cranking amps
๐Ÿ”‹ Battery health: 22%

๐Ÿšจ Verdict: REPLACE BATTERY
A battery like this can still start your car on a warm afternoonโ€ฆ right up until the first freeze. โ„๏ธ That's why we test instead of guess.
Our ASE-certified techs put a professional battery tester on it and text you a photo of the actual screen through our Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI). You see exactly what we see before you decide anything. That's The Nice Difference! ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

"It started just fine yesterday!" ๐Ÿ›‘
We hear it every fall at our shop on East Ken Pratt Blvd. Here's what's really going on: most batteries don't die overnight. Summer heat wears them down quietly for months, and then the first cold Front Range morning exposes them. Cold slows the chemistry inside the battery right when your engine needs the most power to turn over.

Watch for these warning signs:
๐Ÿ”‹ A slow, sluggish crank on chilly mornings
๐Ÿ”‹ Headlights that dim at idle
๐Ÿ”‹ A battery light or odd electrical glitches
๐Ÿ”‹ A battery that's 3โ€“5 years old (or older!)

Don't wait for a jump start in a dark parking lot off Hover St. Swing by for a FREE battery test ๐Ÿ”‹ Tyler, Joe, or Alex will test it and text the results straight to your phone through our Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI). It's also part of the free courtesy inspection that comes with any service. Give Bryan, Josh, Mark, or Bob a call at 720-605-0932! ๐Ÿš—

That sudden Front Range weather flip is why Josh and Lindsy encourage local families to check their rubber today: โœ“ Is your tread depth at least 3/16" for Traction Law compliance? โœ“ Does your tire sidewall carry the 3PMSF mountain-snowflake symbol? โœ“ Are your tires safe for weekend trips up to Estes Park or I-70?

Skip the last-minute panic at the first blizzard! Drop your car off at 110 East Ken Pratt Blvd, ride home on our Local Courtesy Shuttle, and get full visual proof of your tiresโ€™ condition via DVI! ๐Ÿš—

Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought Godโ€™s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the homeโ€™s director, they discovered one of the ministryโ€™s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.

Tires are a large investment, and you want to get the most out of them. Regular rotations help both your alignment and suspension components.

Remember, uneven tires can lead to a rougher ride, poor handling, and less traction in inclement weather. ๐Ÿ›ž
