**To my Volkswagen customers**

If you see the photos, I’ve posted you will see a difference in the two photos. One photo has caps over the lug nuts. The other photo shows no cap and the lug nut is exposed. Today we had a customer tell us that their mechanic/tire shop advise them to tow their vehicle due to them having a “special tool”. Unfortunately the customer strictly listened to their instructions versus letting me do a tire change and saving them a few bucks. (Yes!! They had a good spare)
