We’re a small, family-owned RV park with ONLY 7 spaces, and we’re looking for the RIGHT long-term RV tenant to join our little community! ❤️

💰 Monthly Rates:
❄️ 1 A/C — $475/month
❄️❄️ 2 A/C — $500/month
❄️❄️❄️ 3 A/C — $525/month

And YES — utilities are included! 🙌

Your monthly rent includes:
⚡ Electric
💧 Water
🚽 Sewer

📶 Wi-Fi
🧺 FREE laundry

We’re not a giant RV resort with 400 neighbors and a golf cart traffic jam. 😂 We’re a small, quiet, family-owned park where we like knowing our neighbors and keeping things peaceful.

🚨 Now for the important part:
We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term home, pays rent on time, respects their neighbors, takes care of their space, and can follow the park rules.

🚫 NO troublemakers.
🚫 No drama.
🚫 No “I don’t follow rules because I’m special.” 😂

🐾 Pet deposit required. Pets are welcome as long as they meet our park requirements and their humans do too!
