1967 MG retro sound radio

So back in June ..I originally put two Alpine in this box. I built the box from a prefab to where it would hold a conventional speaker. Spent several hours wiring this thing up as neat as possible, and it sounded good when I was finished. The young man who drives this vehicle hit me up when I was not at work and told me that he had blown the speakers up because he played them at full volume the whole way back from Florida . No problem still covered under warranty. But since he couldn't get a hold of me right away, he went to a shop in the Gwinnett area. Those guys told him that I wired everything up real crappy, which anybody that knows me knows that's not gonna happen .. they told him that my ground was no good. They Sold him two subwoofers only wired up one voice coil on each sub. He said they lasted about an hour. They tried to charge him $2000 to rewire the whole system which again there was nothing wrong with . he came up Saturday and we replaced it with the warranty Alpine subwoofers. they even butchered up the box as you could see in the pictures . Also notice the voice coils that came apart . The biggest problem was, they turned the amplifier all the way up, which I had to fine-tune again . anyway, got the whole situation handled the ground had zero resistance by the way . i'm not gonna name out this particular shop because I don't roll like that. All I can tell you is they were trying to take this kids money. And trying to throw me under the bus to do it. ( If the owner of that shop happens to read this. I have one thing to say (🖕🏼)  you must be a real POS to try to rob that young man like that . The last two pictures are before the butcher got a hold of it

Found this on Facebook market. I actually put a sound system in this car back in 2008. I believe some of it's missing or has been removed but some of it's still there cool looking car if you can find it on marketplace I can't figure out how to share it.

The Dodge dealer in Lawrenceville was trying to diagnose an instrument cluster in a Jeep. It would not turn off. So when they couldn't figure it out the first thing they did was they blamed the new Radio and told them to come here. Turns out the customer jumpstarted their vehicle and put the cables on wrong. But before I knew that I pulled the radio out of it, the lights were still on with the radio disconnected, and the interface ....scanned the computer no codes in the computer. Went out to the negative cable to loosen the battery and it was already loose. just flopping around went ahead and disconnected the battery for five minutes , plugged it back in and guess what everything works .. this nice lady brought me a card the next day with 50 bucks in it to thank me for taking care of it... usually you can reset modules by disconnecting battery cables, usually will reset certain modules in the bus system  . The Radio had already been there for a month and a half, and this problem started right after the jumpstart just days ago .  I just wanted to say thanks to  Denice the owner of the Jeep. Thank you for the extra ,was not necessary, but was appreciated for sure. 😊
