It’s that time of the year again! April 20th is our annual clean up day. There will be dumpsters available. We will have food and drinks available for our volunteers. If you have any questions please message here or contact Monica Wilson.
We hope to have an even bigger turn out than we did last year. Please come help clean up the community and lakes. Please understand all the cleaning done to the lakes/core land is strictly volunteers who do it. We love having access to beautiful land, fishing, camping and boat ramps and strive to make sure it’s clean and beautiful.

Good Morning!!
We are super excited to announce that for now on, the second saturday of each month we will host a community yards sale!
Sale will be from 8am-5pm!
To set up please send a message here or to Monica Wilson.
We had a great turn out and hope to see even more people come set up.
There was a lot of swapping and bartering between people set up, bring what you have and check everyone else out.

Good Morning!!
There will be a community yard sale, at 7241 Earbob Road Locust Grove Oklahoma 74352, Saturday May 27th, 2023, in front of the old store. ***8am-3pm***

Roads leading into the park will be blocked/roped off for the privacy and safety of our residents, there will be plenty of parking available.

Come on out and see what everyone has to offer.

Some things available will be, Baby clothes and items, Glass pieces, Womens, Mens and kid clothes, shoes, tools, etc.

There will also be a nice Camper and John Deere tractor available for viewing during the yard sale. Both the camper and tractor are currently up for sale.
**After 3pm viewings will only be available by appointment only.**
