Today we’re celebrating someone whose energy is contagious, whose heart is huge, and whose passion for his family, his faith and the people around him is at the center of everything he does.
Today, we celebrate our leader, Ryan LaFontaine!
If you know Ryan, you know he brings an unmistakable energy everywhere he goes. Whether he’s sharing his vision, rallying our teams, connecting one-on-one with a team member, on the sidelines cheering on one of his kids, rooting for the Lions or Michigan Football, or simply catching up with a friend, Ryan is always all in.
And behind that energy is an even bigger heart. Ryan’s faith is at the center of who he is and how he leads. His dedication and loyalty to his family, his friendships, and the people around him are reflected in the way he shows up every single day.
And while family begins at home, for Ryan it extends much further.
More than 3,000 LaFontaine team members means 3,000+ families whose lives he cares deeply about. He understands the responsibility that comes with that and he pours his passion, time, energy and heart into those families day after day. Despite the name on the building, Ryan has never been someone who leads from above. He leads by showing up talking with people, listening, encouraging and genuinely wanting to know how they’re doing. He never forgets that behind every position, every dealership and every number is a person and a family.
He leads with faith.
He leads with passion.
He leads with loyalty.
He leads with heart.
And he never seems to run out of energy doing it! So today, we're hoping Ryan gets to spend a little less time thinking about cars and a little more time celebrating with the people he loves ❤️
