At our Missoula 9 location on Brooks near Stephens, Maintenance team member Sheila is celebrating one year of bringing joy to everyone she meets. Like any stereotypical equestrian cinephile with a habit of daily gratitude and a serious penchant for repair and maintenance, Sheila keeps the store humming along in good repair while simultaneously lifting the spirits of everyone around her. ✨🔧

General Manager Jolene notes that Sheila is always on time, ready to tackle the day, and greets folks with unmatched warmth—whether they are out at the pumps or inside the store. Her favorite part of the shift is spreading that positivity by enthusiastically encouraging her coworkers to keep up the great work and personally thanking customers for choosing to shop and fuel with us. 🤝

When she isn't busy showcasing her dedication and genuine care on the clock, Sheila loves staying active and embracing the great outdoors. You can usually find her hiking, swimming, spotting local wildlife, or enjoying a scenic horseback ride. 🐎🌲 For a change of pace, she also loves settling down to crochet a new project or catching the latest releases at the movie theater. 🍿🧶

🎉 We are officially off to an incredible start for our 25th Annual Town Pump Food Bank Campaign!

In just our first 4 days, generous Montanans came together to raise an astonishing $41,262.47!

This year, our big goal is to raise $550,000. Every single dollar will be matched Dollar-For-Dollar by the Town Pump Charitable Foundation, putting vital funds straight into the hands of local organizations doing incredible work right here in our Montana communities.

Meet Mike, the incredible Maintenance Manager at our Billings Flying J who has been a vital part of the team for 14 amazing years! Starting out as an overnight cashier back in 2012 in Columbus, Mike quickly climbed the ranks and has since become an invaluable problem-solving powerhouse for our facilities. Standing tall and ready for action, he is a true master of his craft. 🧢🛠️

Mike genuinely thrives on the unique challenges his job brings every day. Whether he is climbing up onto a roof, getting fuel pumps back online, or tackling a stubborn plumbing issue, he brings an unstoppable "I'll fix it" attitude to every single shift. He is so deeply committed to his work that a tough maintenance puzzle will sometimes keep him awake at night until he figures out the perfect solution—just ask his wife! 💡 His General Manager, Dana, is incredibly grateful for his dedication, noting that Mike is always willing to jump in at any hour of the day or night to help his own store or support fellow associates at other locations. With that kind of legendary work ethic, it makes perfect sense that he was unanimously nominated for this spotlight by his entire store and District Manager! 🏆

When he finally steps away from saving the day, Mike loves getting outside to enjoy some camping, hiking, and relaxing walks. 🌲 He also has a real knack for math and loves keeping his mind sharp with Sudoku, Solitaire, and racing games. 🏎️ Most importantly, after a long week of hard work, you can usually find him happily spending his free time playing with his dogs. 🐕

Rocking his high-viz vest and a spunky attitude, Leroy has spent the past year making a massive impact as part of the Maintenance team at Town Pump Belgrade 3. He genuinely loves what he does, noting that 🧽 cleaning and 🧰 maintenance are his absolute favorite parts of the workday. That passion certainly shows, as General Manager Andrew points out that Leroy keeps the store and site looking absolutely phenomenal.

Leroy's helpful nature extends far beyond his home base; he has pitched in at almost every store in the district and has happily trained many fellow maintenance team members. Andrew adds that the whole team is deeply appreciative of Leroy's presence and the fun energy he brings to the job. When he isn't busy keeping the district in top shape, Leroy loves to stay active in the fresh air. His ideal downtime involves ⛺ camping, 🎣fishing, 🏔️ working outside, and taking his 🐾 dog for a walk. Thank you for your incredible dedication and teamwork over the last year, Leroy!
