New 5.0-star Review: "Outstanding Experience at Kramer CDJR!I recently purchased a Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat from Kramer CDJR in Livingston, Texas, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had!I want to personally recognize Chuck Kramer, Kyle Kent, and Mike Johnson for going above and beyond throughout this entire process.First, Chuck Kramer, the owner, deserves a huge thank-you. Chuck personally reached out to me on Facebook, and by the very next day, he had the ball rolling on getting me into my Hellcat. It’s not every day that the owner of a dealership takes the time to personally reach out to a customer, especially someone purchasing from thousands of miles away. That alone told me I was dealing with a different kind of dealership.Kyle Kent, the finance manager, was absolutely outstanding. He helped me work through the financing, paperwork, extended warranty, and GAP coverage while making sure all my questions were answered. Buying a vehicle from another state can be stressful, especially when you’re handling everything remotely, but Kyle was patient, professional, honest, and transparent. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of.
